A number of sites have been identified in the Middle East to serve as home to Aquiva’s first resort and residential model. The conceptual master plan includes an iconic 230-meter ultra luxury megayacht hotel as the centrepiece of the development, moored against a tropical island with 52 exclusive beach villas, 16 superyacht villas in secluded coves, a private beach club, signature spa, restaurants and private marina.
Guests to the resort will arrive by limousine, private tender or helicopter. The Aquiva megayacht includes 108 duplex staterooms averaging a luxurious 120 square meters in size, and 10 suites with up to an ultra impressive 500 square meters of living space. Each cluster of staterooms has its own private dining facilities, entertainment areas, and guest service facilities. In addition the megayacht features a celebrity restaurant at the prestigious top deck, along with an exclusive signature bar. The megayacht is also home to 30 two- to four-bedroom spacious luxury apartments that will be sold in fractional increments to allow the buyers to enjoy a minimum of six weeks on board.

With three decks of space for living and entertaining, the eye-catching superyacht villas overlook their own private beach with expansive views of the nearby city skyline.
